Delivery in South Africa

Standard delivery across South Africa is R165. Delivery is complimentary on orders over R1,000 after any eligible discounts are applied. Orders are sent by courier to the address supplied at checkout.

Timing

Ready-to-wear orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Courier delivery takes 7–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by public holidays, remote-area delivery, weather or courier delays.

Made-to-order pieces

Selected made-to-order pieces are produced individually. The expected lead time is stated on the relevant product page or confirmed by Client Services before your order is accepted.

Address and tracking

Please check that your address, email address and telephone number are correct. We will send tracking details when available. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, a further delivery charge may apply before redelivery.

Delivery issues

If an order is damaged, incomplete or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the delivery estimate, contact Client Services with your order number. Please keep the packaging and do not return an item until we provide instructions.

Collection and international delivery

Collection is not currently available. International delivery is not currently offered at checkout.
