These Terms of Service govern your access to auriello.com and purchases made from AURIÈLLO. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About AURIÈLLO

AURIELLO GROUP (PTY) LTD is a South African company (registration number 2024/272714/07). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean AURIÈLLO.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability or other customers’ use. We may update the website, products, prices or these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

Products, availability and pricing

We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colours and proportions can appear differently on different screens. Stock is subject to availability. Product prices are shown in South African rand and delivery is calculated at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing, product or availability error before accepting an order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm payment, subject to stock availability and payment checks. Card payments, where offered, are processed by Yoco; AURIÈLLO does not receive or store card details. EFT orders remain pending until payment has been verified. Please use your order number as the EFT reference.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Cancellation policies form part of these terms. They explain delivery times, return eligibility, exchange costs and circumstances in which an order may be cancelled.

Intellectual property

The AURIÈLLO name, logo, photographs, product copy, website design and other content are owned by or licensed to AURIÈLLO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
